Refined by Caputo Lydia guarantees the protections provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason. The term starts from the day you physically take possession of the product.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Send explicit communication within 14 days via the support chat on the website, or via certified email (PEC) to lydia.caputo@legalmail.it indicating: name, order number, product(s) to be returned and — if payment was not made by card — your IBAN for the refund. You will receive return instructions within 2 working days.

3. Conditions for return
The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, carefully packaged. Refined reserves the right to refuse returns of used, damaged, or unlabeled products.

4. Return shipping costs
Borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or one not conforming to the order. It is advisable to use a traceable service. Refined is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

5. Refund
Within 14 days of receiving the verified return, using the same payment method used:

  • Credit/debit card: 5-10 working days (bank processing times)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: refund to the linked method
  • Klarna: future installments canceled, already paid installments refunded

The refund includes the product price and original standard shipping. Any express shipping costs chosen by the customer are not refundable.

6. Defective or non-conforming products
Contact us within 2 days of receipt via the support chat on the website, attaching photos of the defect. In this case, return shipping costs are at our expense. We will arrange to send a replacement product (if available) or fully refund the amount paid, including shipping costs. Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery (Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code).

7. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
