Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact and unworn.

To initiate the procedure, write to [insert email] stating your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For defective products or those not conforming to the order, shipping costs are at our expense.
Materials & Care

Garment Care

To maintain the quality and beauty of the garment over time, please follow these instructions carefully:

  • Washing: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
  • Bleaching: Do not use chlorine or bleach.
  • Drying: Do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended to preserve the fibers and shape of the garment.
  • Ironing: Iron at a low temperature (maximum 110°C), preferably inside out.
  • Dry Cleaning: Permitted at professional laundries using standard solvents (excluding trichloroethylene).
